Biography
Dr.
Stacie Morgan is President of Balanced Management®
Inc, a strategic organizational consulting firm. Dr. Morgan is a
strategy consultant, international speaker, and author with a Ph.D.
in Strategic Management and a M.Ed. in Organizational Development
and Training. She has been consulting for over 17 years.
Dr. Stacie Morgan is the creator of the Strategic Knowledge Indicator®
(SKI®) assessment instrument for determining the
Strategic Knowledge levels of organizational leaders. She has also
developed models for Strategic Planning, Root Cause Analysis, and
Decision-Making used by organizations such as the United States
Air Force and Xerox Corporation. Stacie has coached executives in
a wide variety of industries on strategic leadership, strategy development,
testing and management.
Dr. Morgan consults with organizations such as Xerox Corporation,
Tyco Electronics, NASA Flight Programs Commercialization Office,
the United States Air Force Space Command and the United States
SARSAT (Search and Rescue Satellite Aided Technology) Program, which
is an interagency group comprised of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric
Agency, National Aeronautics and Space Agency, United States Coast
Guard and United States Air Force.

- Elected as Director of Small Business Development for the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, Tidewater Chapter, Virginia.
- Elected as Director of Corporate and Economic Development for
the National Association of Women Business Owners Southeastern
Virginia Chapter.
- Retired Chair of the Governing Board for the International
Conference on Advances in Management
- Served as a reviewer for CNN Military Advisor, General Perry
Smith's new release of his book, Taking Charge: A Practical Guide
For Leaders.
- Represented the United States Air Force on the Joint Special
Operations Forces Institute Leadership Task Force.
- Served as the Air Command and Staff College, United States
Air Force advisor for curriculum developed on leadership and the
new sciences.
